Roger
Watkins
President
Roger Watkins is the Founder of WorkplaceDiversity.com.
Prior to creating the company, Watkins acquired over
15 years of experience in strategic planning, management
consulting, and business management at several Fortune
500 companies such as Avaya Inc., Nabisco, PricewaterhouseCoopers,
and The New York Times Company. Mr. Watkins holds an
MBA in Finance from the Columbia University School of
Business, and has a BS in Operations Research and Industrial
Engineering from Cornell University.
DanHonig
Chief Operating Officer
Honig brings over 15 years of experience in business
start ups, technology management and the Internet to
Workplace Diversity. Most of his experience has been
in the recruitment technology industry. Prior to joining
Workplace Diversity, Honig was involved in the Applicant
Tracking Industry, where he worked with BrassRing Systems
and Peopleclick.com. Before that, he was the Director
of a popular Diversity Job Board. There, he was responsible,
for teambuilding, overall growth, and operations. Honig
was also recognized for forming major strategic alliances.
Upon serving four years in the US Navy, he graduated
Summa Cum Laude from National University with a B.B.A.
in Business Administration. Honig is a member of Society
of Human Resource Management.
