Raphael Sebastian Named Vice President, Sales and
Marketing of Workplacediversity.Com
July 11, 2002 - WorkplaceDiversity.com, the source

Diego Sebastian has joined the company as vice president
of sales and marketing.
Sebastian has over 14 years of Human Resources and
business leadership experience and brings more than
9 years of Organizational Development, diversity training

Most recently, he was a Regional Director for Travelers
Insurance/Citigroup and a Managing Partner at eXpert
Systems, a consulting practice that provides Diversity
marketing, training, Change Management and Organization
Effectiveness strategies. Before that, Sebastian worked
with industry-leading companies such as GE, Sara Lee
and Dun & Bradstreet. He is currently the New Jersey
Chapter President of the National Black MBA Association.
