Dan Honig brings over 15 years of experience in business start ups, technology management and the Internet to Workplace Diversity. Most of his experience has been in the recruitment technology industry. Prior to joining Workplace Diversity, Honig was involved in the Applicant Tracking Industry, where he worked with BrassRing Systems and Peopleclick.com and also worked as the Director of a popular Diversity Job Board where he was responsible for teambuilding, overall growth, and operations. Honig was also recognized for forming major strategic alliances. Upon serving four years in the US Navy, he graduated Summa Cum Laude from National University with a B.B.A. in Business Administration. Honig is a member of Society of Human Resource Management and serves on the board of governors for The International Association of Employment Web Sites.

Michael Monsport is the Director of Marketing and Sales for WorkplaceDiversity.com. Michael received a degree in Communications from Glassboro State College and has over 20 year's of experience in sales and management. Energy and creativity have contributed to his success in leading diverse teams, along with facilitating and implementing diversity recruiting strategies for corporations. Michael brings both practical experience and a dynamic presence to his work at WorkplaceDiversity.Com. An avid bodybuilder and chef, Michael also volunteers time in the community with organizations serving people from a range of cultures.
Michele Kardux
Manager, Client Services
Michele Kardux is the Client Services Manager of WorkplaceDiversity.com. With ten years of customer service experience and eight years of sales experience, Michele is highly qualified and determined to provide the highest level of customer service to our clients. She is working towards her B.A. in Communications and Media Studies at William Paterson University. Michele is a cinema buff and self-proclaimed “foodie” who spends her time off traveling and hiking. She loves being immersed in different cultures and truly lives out the diversity initiatives that WorkplaceDiversity.com promotes.
Roger Watkins
Founder
Roger Watkins is the Founder of WorkplaceDiversity.com. Prior to creating the company, Watkins acquired over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, and business management at several Fortune 500 companies such as Avaya Inc., Nabisco, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and The New York Times Company. Mr. Watkins holds a MBA in Finance from the Columbia University School of Business, and has a BS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
