May 1--In eight years, 25-year-old Hope Wright has moved 15 times, including three times to homeless shelters. ||This time she plans to plant roots in Carmichael. ||"It fits into that lifestyle of being a healthy family," Wright said from the Carmichael studio apartment she intends to leave for a larger apartment in the same complex.
