Join a mission-driven team at North Idaho College supporting the future of healthcare education in the Inland Northwest. As the Assistant to the Dean of Health Professions and Nursing, you'll play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly across a dynamic instructional unit that includes multiple programs and partnerships. From coordinating meetings and tracking budgets to ensuring compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards, this role is at the center of communication and organization.

You'll be the go-to liaison for students, faculty, campus departments, and external partners - handling complex administrative tasks, supporting projects, and responding to inquiries with professionalism and care. This role also involves preparing detailed reports, maintaining accurate records, and navigating a variety of systems and procedures unique to the health and nursing education landscape. You may also provide limited support to the Dean of Workforce Education, particularly in areas related to financial tracking.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment. Strong data analysis, recordkeeping, and Microsoft Office skills - especially in Excel - are essential, along with a high degree of discretion and initiative. Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree or Applied Associate's degree or certification from a two-year college or career and technical school or program and a minimum of four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Starting pay range: $21.83 - $25.11

Work Site Location: Coeur d' Alene Campus
Work Schedule:
typical college hours are Mon-Thurs 7:30-5:00, Fri 7:30-2:30
