Job Summary
UK Recycling is seeking a team of 20 paid student workers to assist at UK’s home football games (listed below). As a member of the Big Blue Recycling Crew, you will play an important role in helping UK make Kroger Field a zero-waste facility through education and outreach.
In addition to pay, student workers will receive food and drink during work hours.
Each student worker will assist with the following responsibilities:
- Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards fans
- Provides education and outreach in the tailgate lots
- Walks assigned tailgate lot
- Conducts friendly interactions with fans
- Advises fans on whether items are recyclable
- Assist with additional waste reduction efforts
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
