Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and administer the UKG system, including configuration, security, workflows, and upgrades.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for UKG system issues, enhancements, and user support.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS.
  • Create, modify, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support HR and business needs.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and other departments to align UKG functionality with business processes.
  • Support implementation of new UKG modules and system integrations.
  • Document system processes, configurations, and procedures for end users and internal reference.
  • Participate in system training, testing, and user adoption initiatives.
  • Stay current with UKG releases, features, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ Direct experience with UKG Core and Payroll required. Experience with Workforce Management (Dimensions) is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in creating custom reports using UKG’s reporting tools (e.g., Business Intelligence, Cognos, or Workforce Analytics).
  • Experience with system implementations, upgrades, and user acceptance testing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating UKG with third-party systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, timekeeping).
  • Familiarity with other HR technologies (ATS, LMS, etc.).
  • UKG certifications or formal training preferred.
