Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and administer the UKG system, including configuration, security, workflows, and upgrades.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for UKG system issues, enhancements, and user support.
- Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS.
- Create, modify, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support HR and business needs.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and other departments to align UKG functionality with business processes.
- Support implementation of new UKG modules and system integrations.
- Document system processes, configurations, and procedures for end users and internal reference.
- Participate in system training, testing, and user adoption initiatives.
- Stay current with UKG releases, features, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ Direct experience with UKG Core and Payroll required. Experience with Workforce Management (Dimensions) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
- Proficiency in creating custom reports using UKG’s reporting tools (e.g., Business Intelligence, Cognos, or Workforce Analytics).
- Experience with system implementations, upgrades, and user acceptance testing.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience integrating UKG with third-party systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, timekeeping).
- Familiarity with other HR technologies (ATS, LMS, etc.).
- UKG certifications or formal training preferred.
