Physical Requirements
This position may require occasionally standing or walking with, lifting, pushing and/or pulling of objects up to 50 lbs.; regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time performing tasks requiring repetitive motions such as typing; and occasional job-related travel.
Shift
Primarily Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm; some holidays and weekends may be required.
Job Summary
The Patient Services Coordinator is responsible for clinical operations including evaluating, assessing, and managing patient cases for the Children’s Sedation and Procedure Unit. This position requires exceptional customer service and patient and physician relations skills. Primary responsibilities include: Patient Reception, scheduling, and clinic coordination and organization.

The abilities needed to be successful in this position are extensive organizational, coordination, communications, and technological skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a strong clinical background.

Preferred Education/Experience
A Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of similar healthcare/clinical employment experience are preferred.
