Job Title: Associate, PB Optimize

The Role

You will be supporting the PB Optimize Product Consulting team in their day-to-day coverage of ~300 clients, including onboarding new funds and brokers, setting up prospective clients on product trials, managing user access, and day-to-day troubleshooting of data feeds. From time to time, you will be asked to take on projects outside of these daily responsibilities.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Providing daily support to the PB Optimize Product Consulting team
  • Learning and becoming competent in managing client onboarding, access, and operational needs through the PBOW platform
  • Taking ownership of bespoke projects (e.g., client usage reporting, client completeness checks, product adoption analytics)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to create strong team, internal, and customer relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

PB Optimize is a portfolio finance, treasury, and analytics technology platform designed primarily for hedge fund managers. Launched in 2012, it currently serves approximately 300 clients. The PB Optimize team is a high-performing, cross-functional group that thrives at the intersection of client experience, product development, and strategic consulting. We collaborate closely to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients while driving continuous product evolution and excellence.
