The Role

The Senior Business Analyst, Production Support works with the Digital and Managed Solution Product and Technical teams in Wealth Solutions. This operational support role provides input and direction as customer impacting problems are surfaced and resolved. You’ll be asked to document resolution including job aids for workaround steps, if needed, as well as to provide input for future issue identification. You will provide communication to business partners for problem updates and resolution. You may also lead efforts to improve the team intake process as our production support landscape continues to grow. The Expertise and Skills you Bring

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Production Support or similar experience with identifying and leading resolution for a variety of problems, typically of moderate to complex scope
• Ability to apply critical thinking to existing processes and/or problems to identify and propose opportunities for improvement.
• Provides information and advice to anticipate needs of internal/external customers
• 5 years of professional experience in Financial Services and/or regulatory environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management and advice offerings in financial services. Knowledge of Fidelity’s Managed Solutions offering is a strong plus.
• Experience with Fidelity’s Managed Account applications (FBSI, FDOT, FocusPoint) and XTRAC a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, project management and presentation skills, and the ability to communicate sophisticated data and outcome in a simple and clear way
• Is intellectually curious and loves learning new skills and capabilities, e.g., data analysis and reporting using Fidelity approved tools.

The Team

The Digital Production Support Team is part of Wealth Solutions Support and Oversight in PI’s Wealth Management Domain. This function delivers value to the PI business by providing day to day support for issues impacting customers in our digital and managed solution products. We provide Oversight reconciliation and reporting as well as customer data reporting to support business partners and service recoveries. We also act as the voice of the customer to pull business and technical resources together to solve issues.
