What You’ll Do
Product Strategy: Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with the product vision, north star metrics, and business goals. Identify new opportunities through customer needs analysis, market research, and competitive insights.
Customer Focus: Champion a customer-centric approach by leveraging customer interviews, data analysis, and market feedback. Use these insights to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions.
Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from concept through launch and iteration. Define product requirements, develop specifications, and drive product delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with cross-functional teams, executive leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment around product vision, priorities, and roadmap.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity. Use insights to drive decision-making and mitigate risk.
What You Bring to the Table
7+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful product solutions.
Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, build roadmaps, and prioritize features to drive business value.
Portfolio of shipped products that reflect a deep understanding of customer needs and platform constraints.
Proven experience using both quantitative and qualitative data to guide product decisions and identify high-impact opportunities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Executive presence and confidence in working directly with senior leadership.
Experience applying human-centered design frameworks to solve complex product challenges.
The estimated total compensation range for this role is $136,614 to $239,108 annually, which includes base salary and a 15% annual bonus target. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, skills, and performance.
