Collaborate and influence internal business partners to facilitate product feature and solution building to enhance user experience and satisfaction.</li><li>Thought Leadership: Collaborating with investment, research, risk, data science, and marketing in creating and enhancing investment content and thought leadership for product positioning.</li></ul>The Expertise and Skills You Bring<ul><li>8+ years of client-facing experience in financial services with an understanding of various investment product structures including private funds.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in digital assets with a solid understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, innovations and regulatory considerations that could impact digital assets.</li><li>Deep knowledge of asset tokenization, smart contracts, and blockchain ecosystems.</li><li>Ability to grow existing relationships and establish new ones creatively with emerging client segments and dynamic regulatory environment with changing competitor base.</li><li>Track record of collaborating across business units to achieve goals.</li><li>Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills in managing internal and external relationships in a proactive, energetic and customer-obsessed way.</li><li>Highly effective communicator with excellent writing and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong educational credentials: CFA, MBA, or graduate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.</li><li>Series 7 &amp; 63 licenses (can be obtained while in role)</li></ul>The TeamFidelity Digital Asset Management [FDAM] is the investment platform offering digital asset products and services designed to meet the growing needs of Fidelity’s retail customers and intermediary and institutional clients.The Digital Asset Strategist team drives business growth across a variety of critical areas of the Fidelity Digital Asset Management (FDAM) business and expands the institutional adoption of FDAM solutions delivered through traditional vehicles (i.e., ETPs) as well as a tokenized structure.The base salary range for this position is $90,000-$204,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.Base salary is only part of the total compensation package.
