Benefits you can count on: <ul><li>Pay Rate: Drivers make $75,000-$80,000.</li><li>Two Schedule Options: 1) Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 10:00am start time, OR 2) Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 10:00am start time. 2 Shuttle runs per day with either option. </li><li>Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance.</li><li>Paid holidays, earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one.</li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.</li><li>Additional benefits: pet insurance, maternity/paternity leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more!</li></ul> What you'll do as a Shuttle Driver: <ul><li>Inspect the rig for defects pre- and post-trip and submit DOT inspection report.</li><li>Ensure that product is secured inside the trailer for undamaged transport.</li><li>Maintain driver log (Manual or PeopleNet) according to DOT regulations.</li><li>May at times perform line haul and/or backhaul.</li><li>Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.</li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as a Shuttle Driver Teammate: <ul><li>At least 21 years of age</li><li>Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A)</li><li>At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor trailer driving experience</li><li>Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications </li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
