With Vituity, if you ever need to move, you can take your job with you.The Opportunity<ul><li>Coordinate with new business opportunity sources to populate New Opportunity Details (information tracking document).</li><li>Review and provide necessary updates on all assigned new contract startups; solicit and disseminate department updates weekly, or as requested.</li><li>Act as point of contact for Vituity Physician Leadership associated with new contracts.</li><li>Coordinate with new contract clients to obtain information, as needed.</li><li>Proactively collect and disseminate department-specific required information.</li><li>Respond to complex inquiries regarding contract terms, timelines, and incentives, as well as business development terms for contracts.</li><li>Support Physician Leadership and Operations Division with logistics of on-site startup work.</li><li>Prepare regular reporting mechanisms regarding contract status, compliance and modifications/amendments to review with management/Vituity Leadership.</li><li>Assist with administrative procedures as needed to facilitate timely and responsible processing of contract implementation tasks.</li><li>Streamline startup process via continuous process improvement.</li><li>Apply critical thinking skills to coordinate with Business Intelligence/ITS (Information Technology Solutions) in development of a robust technical solution to automate information collection/availability during prelaunch and startup phases.</li><li>Assist with the implementation and management of an automated contract management system, create new contract templates, and assist with research.</li><li>Assist with other enterprise-wide strategic projects, as needed.</li><li>Manage the continual update and accuracy of the New Business Opportunity Tracking Log by maintaining contact with new business opportunity owners.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of all new business opportunities, as appropriate.</li><li>Maintain Startup Dashboard (implementation progress document).</li></ul>Required Experience and Competencies<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.</li><li>Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or in progress for the PMP Certification Exam is required.</li><li>1 year of increasingly complex project management experience preferred.</li><li>Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Jive, etc.</li><li>Knowledge of task management with a proven track record of meeting project deliverables and timelines.</li><li>Knowledge of project management skills.</li><li>Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to follow guidelines and procedures with independent judgment to exercise individual discretion when needed.</li><li>Ability to interact effectively with Vituity Leadership, hospital clients, and Vituity Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Management, and The Mutual departmental stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively both in verbal and in written.</li><li>Ability to propose creative solutions to process concerns and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Ability to pay meticulous attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to effectively project manage multiple new contract implementations simultaneously.</li><li>Ability to multi-task several complex assignments with tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong skills in the continuous development of project management tools for tracking project and task status.</li></ul>The CommunityEven when you are working remotely, you are an important part of the Vituity Community. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company’s annual performance.
