The Support Engineering organization is responsible for ensuring the stability and reliability of production systems through on-call support, incident communication, root cause analysis, and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans. It also involves maintaining operational documentation, supporting audits and recurring maintenance. A person in this role will be primarily focused on support engineering for the Tax and Corporate Actions products.
