Becle Finance and Operations</li><li>External: Various external Agencies and Vendors</li></ul>Knowledge and Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus</li><li>5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably within the Wine &amp; Spirits, FMCG, or Luxury Goods industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge in negotiating marketing and commercial procurement categories, including ATL/BTL agency focusing on events, sponsorships, activations, creative services, commercial POS, etc.</li><li>Proven experience leading contract negotiations, agency management, and cost optimization strategies.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets and identify financial efficiencies.</li><li>Experience with RFP/RFQ processes, contract governance, three-bid process, and vendor performance management.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, finance, and operations teams.</li><li>Familiarity with procurement trends, pricing models, and best practices in marketing and commercial spend management.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience working with event promoters, sponsorship agencies, and marketing vendors.</li><li>Strong network within the wine, spirits, and beverage industries.</li><li>Knowledge of supply chain and procurement software for tracking and managing supplier relationships.</li></ul>The salary range for this role is a base salary of $122,300 - $163,100 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, and medical and wellness benefits. The range will vary if outside of this location.
