This position is responsible for training Customer Service Vendors on new Customer Solution Center processes and updated Desk Level Procedures.&nbsp; </p><p>The position intermittently supports other departments within the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team environment, working across the organization with Foundation staff and closely with the Programs team to expand the reach of the Foundation’s grantmaking and deepen impact in communities.
