ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions<ul> <li>Works with the Sales Manager and management with the development of the department budget and sales forecasts.</li> <li>Map distribution customer purchases to end use.</li> <li>Identifies focus accounts and personally tracks the monthly performance of these accounts.</li> <li>Tracks quotes, booking and sales figures monthly and yearly.</li> <li>Works with the sales representatives on daily quotes; customer, pricing and sales strategies.</li> <li>Ensure that contract review is performed by the Sales representatives.</li> <li>Works with HFS Simi Valley departments and employees to understand and assist in other processes within the facility.</li> <li>Works with the Sales Manager and management with pricing agreement strategies.</li> <li>Provides other departments daily, monthly and other reports as requested.</li> <li>Works with customers and manufacturing on expedites including delinquent orders</li> <li>Provides regular performance feedback; Improves processes, products and services.</li> <li>Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives</li> <li>Execute price automation modeling&nbsp;</li> <li>Contribute to Process Improvements – Offer frontline insights into current processes and improvements.&nbsp;</li> <li>Workflow upgrades to reduce errors and improve processing times.</li> <li>Researching competitive market pricing and executing based on this intelligence&nbsp;</li> <li>Understanding import and export policies and procedures.</li> <li>Supervises Sales employees and carries out all supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.&nbsp;</li> <li>Mentoring and Training newly assigned personnel.</li> <li>Works with Human Resources on compliance of all company policies.</li> <li>Provide leadership to Sales group through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.</li> <li>Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.&nbsp;</li> <li>Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.</li> <li>Continually works to improve leadership skills. Our products are also critical components of industrial gas turbines, automobiles, commercial transportation vehicles, and construction and industrial equipment.Primary PurposeSets up, operates, and trouble shoots on National Header machine.Major Activities<ul> <li>Maintaining and setting up machinery such as National and Formax</li> <li>Identify proper leads on fingers and inspecting tools for wear or breaking</li> <li>Load material onto machine and operate hi-lo to move parts or material</li> <li>Adjust controls to synchronize machine actions for various operations</li> <li>Position and move workpieces through series of dies that compress and shape stock to form die impressions</li> <li>Sets up machines, according to work order set standard procedures and specialized company products and/or processes</li> <li>Checks parts with standard gauges or precision measuring instruments and submits parts for inspection as required</li> <li>Perform SPC Charting as required</li> <li>Performs other tasks as required</li></ul>Essential Knowledge &amp; Skills<ul> <li>Certified in Lock Out/Tag Out&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints</li> <li>Must have good communication skills and know basic shop math&nbsp;</li> <li>Must be able to read, write and understand English</li> <li>Must be able to lift/move up to 30 lbs.
