Position SummaryWork closely with the FP&amp;A team and business functions to provide analysis of financial and operations results.Role &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Execute the month end managerial closing activities, including accruals and manual adjustment by working closely with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure a comprehensive process.</li><li>Support the creation of the Executive Managerial Reporting and KPIs, with the overview of the company’s financial performances, highlighting key insights.</li><li>Perform ad-hoc financial analysis including scenario planning and investment analysis that aid in decision-making across the enterprise.</li><li>Support the preparation of annual and quarterly budgets in support of operational objectives.</li><li>Continuously look at opportunities to optimize processes and models used, to provide more timely and relevant insights across our margin landscape.</li><li>Support the implementation and enhancement of IT tools to support the Company’s financial planning and reporting process.</li><li>Be a thought partner to the organization and educate teams on use and interpretation of financial reports, key performance measurements, and other measures of success from across the business.</li><li>Synthesizes complex information, collects and researches data, and designs workflows and procedures.</li><li>Identifies and resolves problems, gathers and analyses information, and develops alternative solutions</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Analytical--Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Designs workflows and procedures.</li><li>Planning/Organizing--Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently; Plans for additional resources; Sets goals and objectives; Organizes or schedules other people and their tasks; Develops realistic action plans.</li><li>Business Acumen--Understands business implications of decisions; Displays orientation to profitability; Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition; Aligns work with strategic goals.</li><li>Problem-Solving--Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyses information skilfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem-solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.</li><li>Communication--Communicates clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Demonstrates group presentation skills; Participates in meetings; Writes clearly and informatively.</li></ul>Key RelationshipsInternal: FP&amp;A Team, Accounting, Sales/Ops, Becle Finance &amp; Accounting &amp; OperationsKnowledge and Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required.</li><li>Five years of professional experience as an accountant, auditor, or computer programmer analyst OR valid Certified Public Accountant certificate with at least three years of professional experience as an accountant, auditor, or computer programmer analyst.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Understanding of methods of systems analysis and the principles, design, and procedural methods used in database development.</li><li>Thorough understanding of project management.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Strong working knowledge of SAP.</li><li>Experience with FP&amp;A tools such as Planful, Anaplan, SAP Analytics (BPC), Oracle EPM etc a plus.</li></ul>The salary range for this role is a base salary of $67,900 - $90,500 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, and medical and wellness benefits. The range will vary if outside of this location.
