Job Summary
This is a part-time temporary position working under general supervision of the Director of Student Advocacy &amp; Support. The part-time temporary Test Administrator provides various test services. He/she also provides operational support within the Testing Center. This position is expected to require 20 hours of work per week.
Job Duties
<ul>
<li>Provides testing services to students or clients by administering/proctoring exams following department procedures and manuals for each test.</li>
<li>Assists students with scheduling appointments for various tests.</li>
<li>Monitors computer lab when students are testing.</li>
<li>Loads test scores in Banner.</li>
<li>Receives requests for testing services.</li>
<li>Assists making copies, faxing, filing, mailing, and shredding documents.</li>
<li>Collaborates with Center for Access to provide testing accommodations to students.</li>
<li>Maintains and updates records and reports on computers as needed.</li>
<li>Explains individual test results to students and examinees.</li>
<li>May perform other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent 
</li>
<li>Two (2) years academic coursework in a college or university; two (2) years general office experience; ability to communicate effectively with students and administrators; demonstrated supervisory ability and basic typing skills required 
</li>
<li>Reliable transportation to travel to Centers and other campuses as needed 
</li>
<li>A background check will be required for the successful candidate 
</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree 
</li>
<li>Familiarity with and experience in proctoring large group tests</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of database software; internet software; word processing software; and the ability to learn the student information system: Banner 
</li>
<li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical manuals. 
</li>
<li>Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals 
</li>
<li>Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public 
</li>

Job Summary
This is a full-time, fiscal year position working under direct supervision of the Police Supervisor (Captain) and general supervision of the Associate Director of Public Safety.
The Police Officer 1 investigates crimes and accidents, protecting faculty, staff, students, visitors, and property, facilities by law enforcement. He/she responds to calls for assistance including emergency crisis situations and provides other safety related services. He/she must be flexible to work different shifts if and when deemed necessary.
Job Duties
<ul>
<li>Assures building security, traffic control, parking lot management, and patrol readiness for crime and hazards.</li>
<li>Patrols the campus/specific area by foot, bicycle, or motor vehicle/motorized conveyance.</li>
<li>Issues citations for traffic and parking violations.</li>
<li>Responds to radio and telephone calls; electronic alarms such as fire alarm, personal injuries and crime in progress.</li>
<li>Investigates suspected crimes, report findings, and arrests suspected individuals.</li>
<li>Monitors, notes, reports, and investigates suspicious persons and situations, safety hazards, and unusual or illegal activity in patrol area.</li>
<li>Investigates accidents involving persons or property and the probable cause of accidents, and pursues appropriate course of action.</li>
<li>Directs and controls traffic.</li>
<li>Testifies in court or legal proceedings</li>
<li>Operates and maintains law enforcement equipment.</li>
<li>Keeps records and makes reports.</li>

Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Meets the requirements of a Certified Police Officer, per TCA 38-8-107, including completion or attendance and completion within one year following employment, of a law enforcement academy curriculum approved by the Tennessee Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission (P.O.S.T). 
<ul>
<li>Meets the requirements of TCA 38-8-106, Qualifications of Police Officers:</li>
<li>Be at least eighteen (18) years of age</li>
<li>High school graduate or possess equivalency</li>
<li>Not have been convicted of ANY felonies</li>
<li>Not have been released/discharged under any other circumstance than honorable discharge from any of the armed forces of the United States</li>
<li>Have their fingerprints on file with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation</li>
<li>Must have passed a physical examination by a licensed physician</li>
<li>Must have passed police academy requirement, and psychological examinations</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Must possess a valid Tennessee driver's license</li>
<li>Have a good moral character as determined by a thorough investigation conducted by Department of Police/Public Safety</li>

This is a part-time position reporting to the Nursing Department Head. The Nursing Lab/Simulation Coordinator provides coordinating support to faculty and academic support to students specifically in the nursing skills and simulation laboratories. The coordinator will be responsible for assisting with skills/simulation evaluations, providing skills remediation for students, participating in preparation of self-study/annual/other reports, and other duties consistent with this role. 
Job Duties

<li>Assist faculty in preparing, developing, implementing and evaluating, evidence-based simulation scenarios.</li>
<li>Coordinates schedule for student access across the curriculum and facilitates remediation of clinical skills.</li>
