Create and generate reports from Qualtrics. </li><li>Collect patient payments, oversee the payment policy and nightly deposit records. </li><li>Update patient forms by ensuring uniform font and style; upload updated versions into appropriate software. </li><li>Create signage for the Dental Clinic reception area, including cancellation policies and learning environment notices. </li><li>Assure Key Card access to the Dental Clinic for faculty and students. </li><li>Maintain a lock/unlock schedule for various entry points in the Dental Clinic and related classrooms. </li><li>Oversee Dental Clinic inventory and ordering. Coordinate and submit Purchase Orders with vendors. </li><li>Submit work order and IT tickets.
