We are looking for a customer-oriented and collaborative individual to lead the Business Analysis (BA) and Quality Assurance (QA) Unit within the Applications Division. The BA group is charged with eliciting and documenting customer and end user requirements on small to extremely large enterprise technology programs, while QA makes sure the systems work as required by stakeholders. In addition to directing the staff and activities for the unit, the Senior Director will work with other Applications division unit heads to improve quality management within the division.
