This position is responsible for completing and uploading audit findings which are shared with other Medi-Cal health plans in Los Angeles County.<h4>Duties</h4>Ensure SHCS compliance by inspecting and assessing physical site/facility for potential issues concerns using the DHCS Policy Letter 12-006 Attachment C and All Plan Letter 15-023 Attachments D and E and their respective guidelines or current versions. Data entry of plan-partner audits including but not limited to: PARS assessments, FSR Survey up to 150 points, and Medical Record Review up to 30 charts. Participation in PARS collaborative with plan-partners to improve efficiency and implementation of PARS assessment through various health plans. Educate L.A.
