The Senior Manager will be responsible for helping to grow and support a relatively new body of work on Summer EBT. The Senior Manager will help lead the strategy development on and oversee the execution of summer EBT efforts to identify and share best practices in expanding access to the program, develop tools and resources that facilitate program improvement and access, foster cross-state learning, and communicate effective practices through conferences, webinars, and issue briefs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 <li>Build deep programmatic expertise in Summer EBT, serving as a technical resource for staff and public and private program partners.</li>
 <li>Manage and support the coordination across teams working on Summer EBT.</li>
 <li>Manage key summer EBT projects, including those focused on outreach and communication with families, schools, and community partners, and best practice sharing across state agencies.</li>
 <li>Manage the Summer EBT community of practice of state, Tribe, and territory agencies and support convenings, including coordination, content and session creation, presentation, and facilitation of sessions.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS:
