The candidate will be responsible for the following:<ul><li>Accountable for leading all Project Phases: Analysis, Requirements Gathering; Project Plan, General Counsel’s. Organization (GCO) &amp; Compliance Alignment/Approval, and Risk Assessment.</li><li>Extend project support on all efforts that impact the GBST team.</li><li>Translate Business/Stakeholder requirements into scope as needed.</li><li>Facilitate and lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple business functions.</li><li>Lead and coordinate testing and output verification, where applicable.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relations with stakeholders/colleagues across different geographies and organizational levels.</li><li>Provide complex analytical support to project-based work.</li><li>Turn data into valuable actionable insights and opportunities.</li><li>Conduct basic quantitative analysis and produce cost-benefit analysis (CBA).</li><li>Support GBST team in creating proposals to gain leadership’s buy-in based on analysis.</li><li>Have a passion for structured and ad-hoc analytics, innovation, process design, and digital capabilities in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>2 plus years of Project Management Skills, leading strategic capability, and reengineering projects in cross-functional settings.</li><li>Experience working with process improvement and/or business process design.</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.</li><li>Understanding of financial analysis and working with Business and Technology Teams/Units.</li><li>Ability to challenge upwards and influence without direct authority.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to clarify expectations and drive alignment.</li><li>Ability to collaborate with teams across the organization with a sense of urgency and commitment to deadlines and deliverables.</li><li>High attention to detail and thoroughness with strong organizational skills.</li><li>Have a positive “can-do” attitude and be a team player.</li><li>Comfortable with constant change and ambiguity.</li><li>Must be proficient with MS tools (Word, Excel, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint).</li><li>Undergraduate Degree</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Proficiency with SQL\Hive, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint for compelling presentations is a plus.</li></ul>Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
