This role will be responsible for developing innovative solutions across targeting and underwriting processes – with the end goal of driving industry-best credit results while enabling profitable growth in new account acquisitions.&nbsp; &nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Own and enhance acquisition strategies to increase premium acquisition and improve investment efficiency .</li><li>Own, enhance and manage Affiliate and targeted channel acquisition strategies driven by economics of life time value with industry-best credit results</li><li>Continuously monitor new account acquisition performance, conduct deep-dive analyses to explore areas of opportunity, and implement credit controls to address potential/emerging risks for core and targeted acquisitions across channels</li><li>Track developments of acquisition journey in the external marketplace to understand industry best practices.</li><li>Ensure adherence to&nbsp; credit risk compliance and sound risk management standards</li><li>Elevate customer experience by providing seamless underwriting and on-boarding experience</li><li>Influence Marketing and channel partners to enhance front-end back-end decision consistency, optimize top of the funnel traffic and drive premium applicant quality</li><li>Manage partnership with Marketing, Risk Products &amp; Data Strategy, Decision Science, New Accounts Servicing, Fraud, CBO teams to enable enterprise-wide innovations</li></ul>&nbsp;Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>Advanced Degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science or MBA with hands-on experience in analytics.</li><li>Strong collaborative/interpersonal skills and ability to work in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Project management skills with demonstrated proficiency in leading multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Outstanding strategic thought leadership with a focus on innovation.</li><li>Self-motivated, results-driven, intellectually curious and leads with external perspective.</li><li>Clear, effective written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Expertise in underwriting or another core credit risk management function.</li><li>Deep understanding of credit card economics and the payments industry.</li><li>Externally focused and aware of the latest technology and market trends in payment, credit trends, credit behavior and external development in the lending industry.</li></ul>Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
