This position is campus-based.&nbsp;KEY JOB ELEMENTS:<ul><li>The Nursing Clinical Adjunct is an adjunct clinical faculty member who:</li><li>Supervises students in clinical practice, internships, observations, field experiences, nursing labs, and other similar course and graduation requirements </li><li>Counsels or refers students with identified clinical performance problems.</li><li>Maintains the highest moral and ethical standards as an educator, as a nursing professional, and as a responsible member of the community.</li><li>Debriefs and evaluates students in clinical practice, observations, and field experiences.</li><li>Teaches the number of hours and courses stated in the employment contract for the stated time periods.</li><li>Meets all clinicals and other scheduled responsibilities such as office hours and meetings at the designated time.</li><li>Articulates course learning outcomes or objectives to ensure student understanding of course learning objectives and expectations.</li><li>Assists the Lead Clinical Faculty with the creation of the course/clinical syllabus </li><li>Creates course materials required to deliver course information in an understandable and interesting manner to ensure students are engaged with the course material to facilitate achievement of the course learning outcomes. </li><li>Adheres to identified office hours and be available to assist students to understand course content and/or clinical scenarios to facilitate the comprehension of materials through one-to-one meeting or in assists students to master course material by being available through “office hours” and or small group sessions</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree with a master’s degree in nursing preferred</li><li>Two years’ experience in the clinical specialty area</li><li>Med Surg experience preferred</li><li>3-5 years of bedside experience</li><li>Membership in a professional association related to area of instruction preferred. </li><li>Current knowledge in area of clinical practice.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to build successful relationships with student populations.</li><li>Outstanding conflict resolution skills. </li><li>Demonstrated time management and detail-oriented skills</li><li>Computer based skills (i.e., software, analytical, and report writing skills) </li><li>Demonstrated clinical competency and professional standards of practice. </li></ul>ENVIRONMENT: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Adjunct Faculty, Nursing Clinical Instructor 

As a Collision Estimator, you’ll interact daily with customers, insurance companies, and parts Associates to ensure the repair process is as smooth as possible. You also take great pride in using your excellent communication skills and empathetic nature to help customers through the process.<h2>What are the daily job responsibilities?</h2><ul><li>Greeting customers and discussing repair options.</li><li>Determining repair needs based on customer information, vehicle walk-around, inspections and test drives.</li><li>Asking for the sale on all estimates.</li><li>Meeting or exceeding targeted sales goals as well as the targeted customer satisfaction index.</li><li>Understanding basic parameters of collision repair as well as insurance programs (e.g., DRP and non-DRP).</li><li>Producing repair orders for customers, including cost and time estimates, with full transparency.</li><li>Communicating frequently with technicians and parts Associates to ensure timely completion of work.</li><li>Following up with customers on the status of their vehicle based on how the customer wants to be informed and answering customer questions as needed.</li><li>Managing multiple repairs simultaneously.</li><li>Working with other Associates on daily planning and release meetings.</li><li>Processing transactions and ensuring 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.</li><li>Following up with customers to ensure we have met their expectations.</li><li>Building rapport with customers to create a base of referrals.</li><li>Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively help customers.</li><li>Ensuring that all administrative processes are handled in a timely fashion and in compliance with company policies.</li><li>Providing exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.</li></ul><h2>What are the requirements for the Collision Estimator?</h2><ul><li>Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.</li><li>Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.</li><li>Detail-oriented and organized. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Prior sales or retail experience preferred but not required.</li><li>Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.</li><li>Experience and desire to work with technology.</li><li>Must have a valid, in-state driver’s license with an acceptable, safe driving record.</li></ul><h2>What are the opportunities for career growth?</h2><ul><li>Our Associates have many choices for career growth and development after success in a Collision Estimator role.
