Our Human Resources (HR) team is seeking a College Aide to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Division. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR. The College Aide will collaborate with various HR teams and actively contribute to day-to-day HR operations. Responsibilities will include: -Support the HR team in various ad hoc projects, such as conducting research, preparing presentations, and analyzing data. -Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining internal records, databases, Excel spreadsheets, and SharePoint files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. -Assist with updating policy and bulletin documents. -Support with the new hire onboarding process by verifying applicant details such as employment, education, and dates. -Assist with the performance management and review process. -Perform and complete special projects and initiatives as assigned.
