The Manager, Consumer &amp; Market Insights, leads automotive market intelligence, consumer feedback, and reputation insights to improve marketing effectiveness and the customer experience across all locations. As a Collision Estimator, you’ll interact daily with customers, insurance companies, and parts Associates to ensure the repair process is as smooth as possible.
