Distribution Manager

Drives tractor trailer and unloads product at multiple customer locations. Ensures compliance with Federal and State Laws as they relate to DOT and any other applicable traffic regulations. Responsible for customer satisfaction including on-time delivery of undamaged product. Drives tractor, maneuvering into position to attach trailer and handle lines to secure. Inspects tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submits DOT inspection report indicating condition. Inspects trailer to ensure product is secure for undamaged transport of product. Inspects bill of lading and stores keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery. Drives tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises. Maintains driver log (Manual or XATA) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions. Unloads trailer, delivering product into customer premises. Maintains telephone contact with supervisor or dispatcher to receive delivery or pickup instructions. Perform any other duties as necessary. Warehouse Specialist I

Overview The role of Collections Specialist focuses on the areas of consumer loans, PLOCs and credit cards (early and late stage collections). The Collections Specialist supports the Collections team through unparalleled service to members and to teammates. Assists in the ongoing support of workflow within the department and acts as a point of contact within a specific area of Collections for Consumer Loans, PLOCs or Credit Cards. Effectively utilizes resources to consistently provide outstanding service to members, branches and other departments. Collections Specialist I/II

Job Description and RequirementsThe Accounts Payable Specialist will complete payments and controls expenses by receiving, verifying, distributing, and processing invoices and employee expense reports. &nbsp;Ensure the timely and accurate entry of all vendor invoices. Provide courteous and professional assistance and resolution to vendors, branches, and departments.This position is for our ASC location, (main campus) located at: 1 Ikea-RBFCU Pkwy, Live Oak, TX 78233. The Accounts Payable Specialist will have the ability to work a hybrid schedule after the successful completion of training. &nbsp;The training period can vary and will take place at the RBFCU Administrative Service Center – Live Oak, TexasEssential Functions and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor the Accounts Payable group email to respond and resolve issues and inquiries in a timely manner. Courteously contacts vendors for any account discrepancies and to set up ACH payments.</li><li>Open, sort, file, scan, and forward incoming invoices for validation in Accounts Payable image software (Kofax and OnBase).</li><li>Validate scanned invoices to ensure accuracy in the data captured.</li><li>Efficiently disburse invoices to the correct departments for payment approval.</li><li>Set up new vendors and employees in our GL/AP payment software (Prologue) ensuring all necessary paperwork is received, including W9s and ACH deposit authorization.</li><li>Process and distribute manual check requests and invoice payments to specified departments or mailing addresses.</li><li>Research credits, non-payment, and past due invoices, as well as process vendor refund checks.</li><li>Process employee expense reports through Concur, to include validating expenses according to published policy and procedure, issuing payments, and ensuring expenses are correctly applied to the appropriate department and general ledger.</li><li>All other duties as assigned (note: essential functions and responsibilities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice).</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><li>Minimum of one year of Accounts Payable experience</li><li>Knowledge of bookkeeping or basic accounting principles</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office desktop software</li><li>Excellent organization, analytical, and communication skills</li><li>Must be able/willing to commute to work location at: 1 Ikea-RBFCU Pkwy, Live Oak, TX 78233</li></ul>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other legally protected status.
