The Recovery Coach is a member of the multidisciplinary team at the Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC). The CBHC service delivery model provides access to comprehensive and integrated client-centered care using evidence-based practice and assessment for the community and&nbsp;identified populations. The Recovery Coach provides support to CBHC clients by encouraging them to work towards their recovery and health goals, participate in recovery-oriented activities, and develop a network of sober supports.
