This full-time position is integral to our mission of providing exceptional behavioral health services to our community. Under the supervision of the Program Director, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with medical staff to triage and assess clients in need of behavioral health interventions. The clinician will be responsible for determining the appropriate level of care, delivering clinical interventions, and providing case management support. Key functions include gathering and documenting collateral information, consulting with medical staff on patient symptoms and coping strategies, and providing services to patients in crisis. The role also involves developing and implementing clinical pathways for behavioral health patients, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to treatment, and following up on referral needs for discharged patients.
