This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environment and has a deep understanding of the nuances of private markets, hedge funds, real assets, and other alternative strategies.Market Intelligence &amp; Research<ul><li>Conduct in-depth market mapping and competitive intelligence to identify talent pools across alternative investment sectors.</li><li>Analyze industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and organizational structures to inform sourcing strategies.</li><li>Maintain and continuously update talent pipelines for key investment functions.</li></ul>Candidate Development &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Build and nurture relationships with high-potential candidates, including passive talent, through personalized outreach and long-term engagement strategies.</li><li>Partner with hiring managers and investment leaders to understand team needs, role requirements, and cultural fit.</li><li>Screen and assess candidates for technical expertise, leadership potential, and alignment with firm values.</li></ul>Strategic Partnership<ul><li>Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive sourcing plans.</li><li>Provide consultative guidance on talent availability, market conditions, and sourcing best practices.</li><li>Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through targeted outreach and inclusive sourcing strategies.</li></ul>Process Optimization<ul><li>Leverage data and analytics to track sourcing effectiveness, pipeline health, and time-to-fill metrics.</li><li>Utilize ATS and CRM tools to manage candidate records, communications, and reporting.</li><li>Continuously refine sourcing techniques and tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience.</li></ul>The Experience and Skills You Bring<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree.</li><li>5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or executive search within the financial services industry, preferably focused on alternative investments.</li><li>Strong understanding of investment roles and structures across private equity, hedge funds, real estate, infrastructure, and credit.</li><li>Exceptional research, networking, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Proficiency in sourcing tools, databases, and professional networks.</li><li>High level of discretion, professionalism, and strategic thinking</li></ul>Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position The base salary range for this position is $103,000-211,000 USD per year.
