In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.&nbsp;The purpose of the Production Supervisor's role is to supervise the day-to-day activities of an hourly production team for a single product line to ensure manufacturing operations run according to established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost and wastage targets; and quality standards. The supervisor will coordinate training, enforce safety guidelines, and interface with other departments in support of production.We follow the DuPont Schedule, employees work 12-hour shifts over a 28-day repeat cycle.
