If you're ready to build a career in manufacturing and contribute to a team that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!Hours are for 2nd Shift: 2pm - 10:30pm, Monday – Friday with occasional Saturday as needed.Your Day to Day:<ul><li>Monitor production lines and ensure smooth operation during your shift.</li><li>Communicate effectively via radio with team members.</li><li>Perform hands-on tasks such as cutting material, sampling products, moving materials, and operating a forklift.</li><li>Support housekeeping efforts including emptying trash carts and general clean-up.</li><li>Assist with equipment start-ups and complete preventative maintenance tasks.</li><li>Begin learning additional key roles as part of your skills progression (Levels 2–4).</li><li>Understand and follow finished product specifications.</li><li>Take on additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.</li></ul>What You Bring to the Team:<ul><li>High school diploma or GED.</li><li>Ability to read a tape measure and understand work instructions and product specs.</li><li>Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages).</li><li>Beginner to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office).</li><li>Strong communication skills (written and verbal).</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Stand for extended periods.</li><li>Safely lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs., sometimes in awkward positions.</li><li>Perform repetitive hand motions and manual tasks.</li><li>Work safely in a fast-paced, dusty environment with varying temperatures.</li><li>Adapt to a rotating 8- or 12-hour shift schedule.</li><li>Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach overhead regularly.</li></ul>Why Join Us?
