Duties/Responsibilities&nbsp; <ul><li>Receive and transport all incoming mail from the United States Postal Service (USPS). </li><li>Receive and check-in freight and packages into campus tracking /delivery system(s). </li><li>Inspect receivables for damage and maintain a secure work environment in order to promote security of the campus mail system. Maintain clean and organized warehouse, mailroom, and work areas. </li><li>Manually sort and case or consign all campus incoming mail and shipments to the appropriate college or department mailroom location. </li><li>Deliver sorted mail to mailrooms in assigned buildings/areas and obtain electronic signature of delivery for all packages and freight. </li><li>Collect outgoing mail and shipments from college or department mailrooms. </li><li>Determine the correct mail class / processing category for all outgoing mail and packages. Notify Senior Distribution Services Technician of equipment in need for repair or replacement. </li><li>Deliver and pick up mail from USI locations in New Harmony and Stone Center as directed. </li><li>Assist Distribution Services Technician with preparation and processing of campus bulk mailings.
