JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYThis role will be instrumental in managing and administering our comprehensive benefits programs in the U.S., and potentially providing support to our international groups. The manager will be involved in strategy input and implementation, insurer/vendor/consultant management, project management, team member communications, day to day benefit administration and data analysis. They will also have people management responsibilities within the team.JOB DESCRIPTION •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborate with the Senior Director, Global Benefits on shaping and executing on our benefits strategy while developing relationships with our varied businesses and oversight committees to support Greystar's labor and business goals.•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Serve as the primary contact for select insurers and vendors to focus on their operations, service delivery, reporting and any issue resolution.
