Yes. WorkplaceDiversity.com works seamlessly with applicant tracking systems such as, Breezy, Smart Recruiter, isolved, Workable, Baboo HR, and more via direct URL, job wrapping, or XML job feeds.

Employers can direct candidates to apply through their ATS with no additional steps or logins required. All applicant data flows directly into your existing system, allowing recruiters to move forward without disruption.

What application method should I choose?

We offer three distinct methods to ensure your recruiting workflow remains uninterrupted:

  1. Direct URL (Recommended): We have found that the jobs with the most success have applicants apply directly via URL. This I where you would include a URL directly to the position posted on your career site. Not only does this provide the candidate with a sense of security when providing personal data, it also ensures that your applicant tracking system can lock on to the information so your recruiters can easily access it during the hiring process.
  2. Apply via Email You can have candidates apply via email through the system. By entering your email address as your application method you will receive secure email notification each time a candidate applies to your position with that candidate’s application.
  3. No digital application. If you are only accepting applications in person or during an event you can select this option. Be sure to include instructions on how/when/where candidates apply within the job description.
