Essential Job Duties:
- Project Management: Oversee the implementation process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- System Integration: Coordinate the integration of new systems with existing infrastructure.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of implementation processes and client interactions.
- Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to clients and internal teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience: Extensive experience in implementation, project management, or a related field, typically 5+ years.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software and technologies, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and teams
- Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred
Salary range
