Summary:
The Analyst, Client is responsible for contributing to the decision-making process and providing in-depth analysis on new and existing customers. The position will demonstrate an expert level understanding of job responsibilities in accordance with written guidelines. Assist in maintaining customer records for adequate and current information and documentation sufficient to properly evaluate the eligibility of existing and prospective clients. The Client Analyst identifies and evaluates risk factors and make the necessary recommendations to management. Provides support to the national sales team, working very closely with multiple account executives to assist in the approval and renewal process. The Client Analyst is the central point of contact for various departments within the organization regarding time sensitive matters involving but not limited to licensing and compliance. Performs additional job-related duties as assigned or required.
Essential Job Function may include:
Evaluate new and existing customers to determine degree of risk.
Analyze and interpret data and investigate any negative findings and escalate to Supervisor, as necessary.
Help prospective applicants understand requirements for approval.
Provide written responses to each applicant on the status of their application.
Retrieve information from our third-party vendor, Comergence then enter/update information in Lakewood.
Track and maintain all client exceptions through a separate database.
Track approved Third Party Contract Processors through separate database.
Act as a liaison between the business and the Licensing, Compliance and Funding Departments.
Ensure that all approved brokers remain in compliance with company and industry guidelines.
Monitor two shared mailboxes and respond to all emails in a timely manner.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Other Related Duties:
Evaluate new and existing Third Party Contact Processors to determine degree of risk.
Manage Desktop Underwriter DU sponsorships.
Manage two shared mailboxes.
Analyze and research due diligence resulting from ongoing monitoring.
Special Projects.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, A Client Analyst must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly organized, detail oriented and have good verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in word and excel. An individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or one (1) to three (3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graph.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
