Develop and implement programming to aid in students’ transition from high school to college.Requirements:Required Qualifications• Experience as a mentor and/or group leader.
• Experience developing and/or implementing programming and/or events.
• Knowledge of Villanova resources.
• Record of reliable participation in CASA.• Conscientiousness.• Capacity to lead.• Ability to address conflicts calmly.• Creativity in program development as well as problem solving.• Willingness to collaborate closely with peers and staff.• Willingness to work closely with AAP students and give attention to their well-being.
