Required License/Registration/CertificationNonePhysical RequirementsLifting, pushing, pulling up to 10 lbs; long periods of sitting; and several hours of CPU exposure.ShiftDays, and some nights/weekends might be required as needed.Job SummaryThe Undergraduate Resource Center is looking for a high level, professional support staff member that will be responsible for a variety of tasks that require the ability to maintain confidential data, provide high levels of customer service and the flexibility to work in a high demand office while meeting hard deadlines.Responsibilities include:
- completing senior checks for all degree applicants and communicating to each student their status
- ensuring APEX reports reflect accurate information and process exception requests if appropriate
- analyzing end of term degree requirements and processing degree certifications each semester
- generating an honors report for each B&E student for graduation purposes and submitting to Registrar’s Office
- meeting with students who have questions or concerns about graduation
- maintaining URC and LLP department budget and keeping accurate and up-to-date records
- generating monthly ledgers to reconcile purchases charged to each account
- maintaining and reconciling the office procurement card and purchases according to University standards
- serving as the Gatton College Scholarship Manager and serving as secondary front desk receptionist
