Job Summary
The Department of Radiology is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and financial support to faculty.
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate faculty records, coordinating departmental review processes, assisting with onboarding and orientation of new faculty, and supporting a variety of financial functions such as budget oversight, purchasing, and reconciliation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional academic environment.
