LOCATION: This is a full-time, Remote position (based in Minnesota). Lexitas provides a fully equipped home office setup, including a company-issued laptop.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Lexitas is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to fuel new client growth and expand existing partnerships across the legal community. This is a high-impact, field-based sales role ideal for a seasoned B2B sales professional who thrives on prospecting, building long-term relationships, and exceeding revenue targets.

In this role, you’ll work closely with Client Success, Operations, and Leadership to deliver tailored legal support solutions to litigation attorneys, legal assistants, legal administrators, corporate general counsel, and insurance professionals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth through B2B direct sales and telephone-based prospecting.
  • Conduct heavy in-person sales activity including client meetings, product demonstrations, networking events, and association engagements.
  • Qualify prospects and leads to develop a strong, actionable sales pipeline.
  • Execute outbound calling, email outreach, social media networking, and follow-up strategies.
  • Cross-sell and upsell services to existing clients to increase account utilization.
  • Leverage referrals, professional associations, and networking channels to identify new opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new inbound and outbound lead sources.
  • Manage assigned accounts with a focus on relationship building, retention, and referral generation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Commence CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, KPIs, and activity metrics.
  • Forecast pipeline and revenue accurately and report performance metrics weekly.
  • Plan and organize daily activities to ensure optimal sales productivity.
  • Collaborate effectively with Inside Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, HIPAA regulations, and all applicable local, state, and federal laws related to medical records.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of medical and legal records at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • A strong sales mindset with persistence, professionalism, and confidence.
  • Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with legal and corporate clients.
  • Comfort with heavy in-person and outbound sales activity.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, including virtual sales presentations (WebEx preferred).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams and geographies.
  • High level of integrity, positivity, and accountability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of advanced experience in a senior or experienced B2B sales role.
  • Prior experience selling court reporting, legal videography, or legal records retrieval services is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a multi-function, multi-geography environment preferred.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based demonstration tools.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role is not a supervisor position.
