Responsibilities

Position Overview:

As an Account Manager/CustomerService Representative, you'll be part of our Consolidated AerospaceManufacturing team working as an on-site employee at our Berea, OH location.

Key Responsibilities:

' Develop strong relationships with keycustomer contacts.

' Enhancing customer relationships andensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meetingall client needs appropriate to their business.

' Develop, review, and maintain acustomer scorecard to address any positive or negative facts about the customeraccounts.

' Identify customer needs and wants forproduct, service, and support; design new programs or initiatives that arecustomer-specific to enhance the profitability of customer and company.

' Collaborating with management on salesgoals, planning, and forecasting.

' Become a subject matter expert on ourproducts, processes, and operations.

' Ability to travel occasionally forcustomer visits, as required.

Manage customer scorecards throughcollaboration.

Qualifications

BasicQualifications

' Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales,or Communications.

' Minimum of 2 years demonstrated successleading customer growth with key accounts.

' Outstanding ability to build teamworkand trust across multiple internal stakeholders.

' Moderate to advanced Excel knowledge.

' Excellent organization skills to ensurefollow-up both internally and externally.

Preferred Qualifications:

MRP/ERP experience (JD Edwards, SAP, etc.) highly desirable.
