We are seeking a mission-driven RN who is eager to use their clinical skills to support individuals with mental health challenges, ensure safe and effective medical care, and play a vital role in a recovery-focused, community-based program.
Responsibilities:
- Assesses the community regularly to engage and assess clients in their houses
- Assess health needs and advocate for essential medical services
- Collaborate with medical providers to implement treatment plans
- Ensure MAP compliance and complete regular medication audits
- Provide first aid, emergency responses, and direct nursing care
- Train, support, and consult with residential staff in residential group homes
- Participate in Recovery Planning Team meetings and interdisciplinary care
Full Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Diploma/ASN/BSN)
- Current RN license, CPR, and First Aid certifications
- 4+ years experience working with individuals with mental illness
- 2+ years interdisciplinary collaboration experience
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required for client transportation
Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
