Location: Charlotte, NC
Classification: Full-Time, Hourly
Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday (Note: Training schedule may vary from actual schedule)
Pay: Starting Rate $20.00-$25.00/hr DOE

What You’ll Do
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will complete all aspects of administrative support of the field location(s) with a high focus on data entry and document management.
Your responsibilities include:
- Answer phones and perform reception duties
- Manage production documentation from location(s) as assigned
- Collect, audit, and organize daily, weekly and monthly production paperwork
- Create and modify reporting including summary details by employee and location
- Communicate with supervisory and Operations team regarding discrepancies or errors
- File/transmit and store final reports
- Organize and file documents and reports
- Operate equipment as assigned (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) ability to be trained for certification to use the equipment.
- Operate various, basic office equipment including computer, printer, fax, phone, etc.
- Other duties or special projects as required
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to complete basic math (counting, addition, subtraction) and production paperwork
- Proficiency in basic computer programs and email systems (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- At least one year of experience in administrative and data entry responsibilities
- Minimum of HS diploma or GED/equivalent
- Business training (certification) and administrative or business coursework is preferred.
