This position provides advanced-level administrative support, maintains calendars and coordinates the day-to-day operations for the philanthropy office. This position directly interacts with senior level executives across the enterprise as well as our high-level donors. The assistant will manage complex calendars, travel, correspondence and special projects of a highly confidential and sensitive nature and the maintenance of such documents. The applicant will be someone of high ethical standards who is able to communicate and represent the UK Office of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement, as well as adhere to standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
