This position serves as a key point of coordination for purchasing and financial processes, managing orders and payments through multiple university systems (e.g., ProCard, SRM, PRD) while ensuring compliance with University of Kentucky policies.In this role, the successful candidate will oversee and reconcile departmental ProCard transactions, collaborate closely with faculty and staff to ensure accurate allocation of expenses, and coordinate travel arrangements and reimbursements. The position also involves maintaining thorough and accurate financial records, tracking transactions, and supporting applications for certificates, licenses, and permits.
