This position sits at the intersection of data accuracy, academic policy, and student support, ensuring records are processed and maintained in alignment with university and regulatory standards.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and update official student academic records
- Process record changes (add/drop, withdrawals, grade updates, academic status)
- Audit degree applications and student records for accuracy
- Serve as liaison to Graduate and Professional Schools
- Respond to inquiries related to records, registration, and policies
- Manage documentation in SFM and support commencement processes
